Developed as part of the Makridis Associates team, the project focuses on the adaptive reuse of an existing office building in central Athens into a contemporary hospitality destination. My role focused on façade design development during the construction phase, as well as submission drawings.

Alongside approximately 40 guest rooms, the project introduces shared social and leisure spaces, including a rooftop bar with views towards the Acropolis. Digital systems and smart building technologies are integrated to enhance operational flexibility and guest experience. The façade incorporates Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV), transforming the envelope into an active surface that combines energy performance with architectural expression.
