Developed as part of the Makridis Associates team, the project explores a hospitality typology defined by a strong relationship with the landscape, where accommodation and shared functions are distributed across a sequence of semi-underground volumes embedded within the terrain. The architectural language is defined by low-scale forms and a restrained material palette, allowing the buildings to blend into the natural context rather than dominate it.

Accommodation units are arranged to follow the natural topography, ensuring minimal visual impact while maximising privacy and orientation towards key views. Central buildings bring together communal and operational functions, creating a clear organisational structure that separates guest accommodation from shared amenities. Circulation is defined through open-air pathways that reinforce a continuous spatial experience across the site. Movement between volumes is gradual and landscape-driven, allowing exterior spaces, planted areas, and courtyards to mediate between architecture and terrain, strengthening the integration of built form and natural context.
